Senior Salesforce Developer @ Celonis

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement robust solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver user-centric features
• Continuously improve platform performance, usability, and maintainability
• Maintain platform documentation, naming conventions, and development standards
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practice discussions across the team
• Support and extend functionality in Salesforce Service Cloud as needed, including features such as case management, Omni-Channel, and automation flows
• Contribute to Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation) development and administration, including customizations, integrations, and reporting

• 4+ years of hands-on work as a Salesforce Developer
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and its key capabilities (preferred)
• Skilled in Certinia PSA administration and development (a plus)
• Background working in Agile/Scrum teams, using tools like Jira
• Proficient in managing Salesforce deployments across development, UAT, and production environments using Copado or similar DevOps tools
• Solid understanding of platform architecture, data modeling, and integration best practices
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Strong English skills and comfort working with international, cross-functional teams
