Job Description

A ServiceNow System Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet an organization's needs. They manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the platform's functionality and performance. This includes tasks like system updates, data management, and training users

System Configuration and Customization: Setting up and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including modules like incident, problem, and change management.

User Management: Managing user roles, permissions, and access controls to maintain platform security

Platform Maintenance: Scheduling and executing routine maintenance, including updates, patches, and upgrades

Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshooting issues reported by users and providing solutions.

Data Management: Managing and maintaining data within the ServiceNow platform.

Documentation and Training: Creating documentation and training materials for users and stakeholders.

Workflow Development: Developing and implementing workflows, business rules, and automation scripts.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively seeking opportunities to improve the platform's efficiency and user experience
