Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and people-friendly individual to join our HR recruitment team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates, explaining job opportunities, and coordinating interviews. Your main goal is to identify suitable candidates and support the recruitment process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to job seekers

Explain job roles and company details clearly

Shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Schedule and follow up on interviews

Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate details


Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi + English)

Confident and clear phone manner

Interest or experience in recruitment preferred

Target-oriented with a positive attitude

Basic computer knowledge
