Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment for internal teams (IT/Software roles)

Strong understanding of technical roles and relevant IT skillsets (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, QA, Cloud, etc.)

Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment
