Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing, both manual and automated, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and testing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce modules.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.

• Perform various testing types: functional, integration, regression, performance, and API testing.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, integrated with Git and JIRA for defect tracking and CI/CD workflows.

• Use Salesforce tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and Developer Console for daily testing and validation tasks.

• Analyze user stories and requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Execute SQL queries to validate and ensure data integrity and accuracy across integrated systems.

• Identify, document, and communicate defects; work closely with development teams to drive issue resolution.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall product quality and testability.

• Stay informed on Salesforce releases and apply best practices to maintain robust and scalable QA processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA, including writing and maintaining regression test scripts.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and data models.

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and testing.

• Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks and scripting tools.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or QA-focused certifications) is a plus.

• Prior experience working in agile/scrum environments.
