We are looking to add to our team of thinkers, innovators and doers and would love to have you join us at the Pune, India office and build the future of on-demand robotics logistics solutions Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for coordination with consultants, customers, contractors and site team. Responsible for technical liaison and compliance Responsible for executing daily stand ups across all ops functions Responsible for Issue management as an Admin Organise and lead all internal and external team members and deliverables to meet established schedules and budgets for projects. Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain with scopes, schedule, and defined budgets. Facilitate and capture requirements, including creation of use cases and functional and non-functional requirements, meticulous planning for flawless execution of projects Manage project documentation Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishments of specific milestones. Track business and technical deliverables and keep the project plan up to dates related to project Requirements Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. Must have good negotiation skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge and experience with robotics, new software product development, engineering and supply chain logistics. Hands on experience in Ms excel, google sheet and Ms word. Good To Have Proficiency with PM tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira Eligible Candidates Desired Qualification: bachelor degree or post graduation(engineering background) Work Experience: 0-1 years of work experience in the given field.
