1) Relationship Management: Single point of contact for all merchants to achieve quality product and service norms by resolving their service related critical issues.
2) Catalog Management: Help in managing the catalog for all categories and recommending new categories as per e-commerce Dynamics.
3) Making an in-depth analysis of the technical expertise required to fulfill the requirement.
4) Establish and maintain harmonious work relationships with Merchants.
5) Responsible for new Merchant Acquisition and building pipeline.
6) Coordinating with ShopClues merchants with marketing and sales promotion activities.
7) Coordinating with developers, designers to post best of the product images and enhance the aesthetic of the website.
8) Closely working with Business Development team to acquire new merchants and retain current merchants of ShopClues.
9) To act as a brand manager and managing portfolios of various prestigious Brands. ShopClues is looking for Category Account Management (CAMs) for multiple categories, including:
