About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service to join our dynamic team for the E urope an Region. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, support, and value throughout their journey with our company. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and help our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our products or services.
 
What would you do:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring quick and effective resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues for the customer
  • Understand customer goals and align our solutions to support their success
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations with empathy and efficiency
  • Serve as the main contact for assigned customers, addressing queries and providing solutions in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Track customer engagement and product usage to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, sharing feedback with product, sales, and marketing teams

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree
  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer facing role

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software and support tools (eg, Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to read and write in French/Spanish/Dutch language
