Job Description
The Associate Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing relationships within a portfolio of existing customers, helping to drive adoption, retention, and expansion aligned with customer outcomes. This role will act as an advisor to our clients, identifying business needs, delivering value, and building strong customer relationships. This role will require close collaboration cross-functionally to ensure customers achieve their business goals while contributing to Deltek s growth objectives.
Responsibilities: Day-to-day responsibilities for the Associate Customer Success Manager may include, but are not limited to:
Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to provide a seamless customer experience Proactively connect with your assigned customers to identify ways to increase their usage and satisfaction, and to find growth opportunities
Learn about Deltek s offerings, understand their basic features and benefits, and provide information and suitable solutions to help customers execute their objectives
Support onboarding efforts by providing customers with basic knowledge and skills to use Deltek s solutions Collaborate with the Renewal & Growth team to achieve renewal, uplift, retention, and expansion revenue targets Coordinate with internal teams (Cloud, Product, Support) to resolve challenges, and address customer escalations and inquiries effectively
Communicate at-risk customer situations early on, utilizing Gainsight Call to Action (CTA) to develop tailored retention strategies and ensure timely resolution of risk CTAs
Update primary systems (like Salesforce and Gainsight) daily to ensure accurate planning and maintain upto-date notes of customer interactions, statuses, and feedback
Utilize available learning platforms (e.g. Allego) for continuous learning and personal development related to product content, industry trends, and Customer Success best practices
