Cloud DevOps Engineer

Location: Gurugram, India

About the Role

Were looking for a skilled and driven Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced team. In this role, youll lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps workflows. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency, automating processes, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Build and manage Kubernetes clusters for deploying microservices-based applications.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform, ARM templates, or equivalent tools.
• Create and maintain Bash, Python, and PowerShell scripts for automation and tooling.
• Manage cloud cost optimization, monitoring, and governance at scale.
• Support and improve existing application infrastructure (Node.js, React.js, .NET).
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and reliability.
• Lead the DevOps strategy and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure security and compliance in CI/CD and cloud environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
• Expert in AWS and Azure services including VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Azure VNet, App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, etc.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM/Bicep.
• Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, and Python scripting for automation and tooling.
• Experience writing robust and reusable automation scripts.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and related DevOps tooling.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with Node.js, React.js, and .NET (C#) to support and collaborate with application teams.
• Solid understanding of Git branching strategies, version control, and code review practices.
