Job Description
Designaton: IT Development Quality Analyst
We are looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) to develop and execute exploratory and automated
tests to ensure product quality. Tester responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with the business stakeholders to define testing scope.
Design, develop, and execute test cases based on requirement specifications.
Identify and prioritize test conditions addressing product risks and features to be tested.
Complete all testing levels such as System testing, Functional testing, Regression
testing, Non-functional testing, Database testing and API/Microservices testing.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and regression test suites whenever possible.
Finding and tracking defects and inconsistencies in software and prepare detailed
defects report.
Work closely with product development and testing teams to ensure timely project
delivery.
Provide ongoing support and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Ability to learn and implement quickly.
What Youll Need
3+ years of proven experience as Quality Analyst, software tester, or similar role with
expertise in manual test and automation skills for converting the manual test cases into
automated ones. Preferably TESTIM and Selenium.
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer
Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and testcases.
Familiar with Core Programming language such as Java, Java Script and OOPS Concepts
Knowledge of the use of version control systems such as GITHUB.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Strong problem-solving skills with sound application logic building.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
