We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Mining Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing 6 to 7 end-to-end process mining projects, demonstrating expertise in process analysis, optimization, and implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of process mining tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in process mining, process improvement, or a related field.
- Certified Celonis process mining professional
- Mandatory to have hands-on experience with UiPath as a process mining tool.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end process mining projects.
- Proficiency in process mining tools such as Celonis, Disco, or similar
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Celonis process mining projects, from initial scoping to implementation and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and define project objectives.
- Analyze business processes using process mining tools to uncover inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Design and implement Celonis process mining models and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on process mining methodologies and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in process mining and related technologies.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
