Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their inquiries, process prescriptions, and ensure an excellent customer experience. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, medications, and pharmacy services.
• Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with insurance claims and explain coverage details.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures (a plus).
• Proficiency in using computers.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
