Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet client requirements.
  
• Manage engineering projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
