As the Vice President - Product Management, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Exotel s product portfolio, including CPaaS, CCaaS, Chatbots, and Generative AI. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of the customer communication landscape, driving innovation, and achieving measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership position where you will directly influence Exotel s growth and position as a market leader.

- Product Management Expertise:
- At least 15-18 years of experience in Product Management, with leadership roles in cloud communications, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling and managing complex product portfolios.
- Experience integrating Generative AI and cutting-edge technologies into product offerings.
- Has taken at least one product from conception to launch and scale
- Customer-Centric Design:
- Ability to synthesize customer feedback, market research, and competitive insights into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in creating products that solve real customer problems while delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Leadership and Influence:
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product strategies.
- Ability to influence without authority to drive consensus in building, positioning and selling products
- Business Impact:
- Experience managing product lines with a significant impact on revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of key business metrics, including user adoption, NPS, and ROI.
- Strong business acumen to assess TAM, SAM and the like to assess and prioritise building the right products
- Technical Understanding:
- Comfort with cloud technologies, AI, and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to navigate technical conversations and align product goals with engineering capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Contact Center or CRM products is a plus
