Product Manager @ Connect One

Desired Candidate Profile

1.Facilitate conversations between Business stakeholders, Quality assurance / testing teams, and software developers in an incremental, iterative fast-paced product development environment and reducing the reliance on extensive documentation and reducing the length of the feedback loop in product development projects
2. Responsible for developing business requirements and related business rules based on Business Group or client needs
3. Work closely with development team (Project manager and developers) in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements
4. Identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis 5. Solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures
6. Author detailed product requirement specifications for engineering team in an agile development environment
7. Articulate requirements clearly in user stories and wireframe design
8. Participate in daily stand up and clarify requirements for engineering team

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Computers

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
