Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of
comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
Brand Awareness: Drive brand awareness through online and oline campaigns,
including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PR initiatives.
Content Management: Collaborate with content creators and designers to
ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing
campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn,
and other job-related platforms.
SEO & SEM: Monitor and enhance website traic through eective SEO
strategies and paid advertising.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze marketing performance using tools like Google
Analytics and provide actionable insights to improve strategies and outcomes.
Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to
enhance visibility and credibility in the market.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract
potential users and clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs,
industry trends, and competitor activities.
Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring that
resources are allocated eiciently for maximum ROI.
Event Planning: Organize and oversee promotional events, job fairs, or webinars
to engage potential users and employers.
Key Qualications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related eld.
3-7 years of experience in marketing.
Proven track record in brand awareness campaigns, digital marketing, and
SEO/SEM.
Strong analytical skills with prociency in Google Analytics, social media
platforms, and digital advertising tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and ensuring eicient use of
resources.
