Job Description
- Company - Leading General Insurance Company Role - Marketing & Communication
- ATL Marketing Activities: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, etc.).
- BTL Activities Management: Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including events and promotions, coordinating with vendors for timely and quality delivery.
- Collateral Development: Manage the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Agency Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with creative agencies, managing the briefing process, project workflow, and quality control of deliverables.
- Media Planning and Management: Assist in the planning and execution of media strategies, coordinating with media agencies to optimize media buys and placements.
- Marketing Expense Management: Monitor the marketing budget, handle the processing and uploading of invoices, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Vendor Onboarding: Manage vendor onboarding processes, including document collection, portal uploads, agreement signing, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Gifting Management: Oversee the execution of gifting and give aways for clients and partners, coordinating with vendors to select and deliver appropriate items.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal teams to understand marketing communication needs and provide effective solutions.
- Coordination and Communication: Maintain regular updates with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals.

Experience - 3 to 6 years in ATL / BTL Marketing.
The incumbent is responsible for developing and executing hands-on marketing communication strategies, focusing on BTL activities, collateral development, and agency coordination. This role involves active collaboration with internal stakeholders, managing vendors, overseeing media planning, and ensuring the timely processing of marketing expenses and invoices to support the organizations overall marketing objectives
