Job Description
-
Handle Accounts Receivables for both e-commerce and offline business models (MBOs, LFS).
-
Perform monthly reconciliation and validation of discounts, payments, credit/debit notes across marketplaces like Myntra, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, etc.

Analyze expenses charged by partners, compare actual invoices with planned budgets, and raise queries on discrepancies.

Prepare Financial Statements and support quarterly reconciliation sign-offs with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure accurate and timely GST return filings and handle notice responses.

Manage monthly and ad-hoc MIS reports, map sale/payment reports to books of accounts.

Maximize additional revenues through SPF, rebates, and coupon reimbursements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help develop SOPs for critical business processes.

Lead a small team and fulfill adhoc reporting requirements from partner portals.

810 years of experience in MIS, reconciliation, accounting or finance preferably from e-commerce or retail sectors.

Strong MS Excel skills VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.

Good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage reconciliations across various platforms and handle external audits or financial sign-offs.
