Education, Certificate
(Relevant education, achievement certification)
  1. Any bachelor degree is mandatory
  2. MS Office certification / part of curriculum
Knowledge
(knowledge gained in the past relevant to thisrequirement)
  1. Knowledge in front-end retail operations
  2. Selling customer service
  3. Basic knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silverwill be an added advantage
Skills

  1. Communication - Excellent verbal communication inEnglish(Mandatory) regional language.
  2. Basic computer operating knowledge
  3. E-mail communication
  4. Basicknowledge of Point of Sale system (POS)
Experience

  1. 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in front-end retailoperations. Preferably with an established Retail Brand
  2. Freshers with high level of communication skills and attitude toserve customers

  2. Ability to work as per Brand guidelines and set schedules.
  3. Extended working hours during weekends, Festivals and season time
  4. Shift timing - Minimum 9 hours with strict adherence
  5. High Integrity (non-negotiable)
Your KRA/KPI
  • Understanding customers concerns
  • Communicate with the customer via calls resolve all the post sale queries
  • Constant update on the order status/ dispatch & delivery update
  • Following with Customers in terms of payment
  • Ability to Retain the customer ( Money back and cancellation )
  • Coordinating with internal departmental and offline stores
  • Ability to do minimum 100 outbound calls per day with 80% connectivity
  • Should be able to handle escalations
  • constant follow up with the stakeholders and given work is completed as per TAT as it being major support for the other calling teams.
  • Ability to retain customers.
  • Understanding of process ( Logistics )
  • Coordination and rapport with internal departmental and offline store
