Data Analyst @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze large datasets related to GIS content moderation, including volume, accuracy, error rates, and team performance.
• Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Create ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed to support decision-making and problem-solving.

2. Data Quality and Integrity:

• Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency across datasets.
• Develop and implement data validation processes to identify and correct errors.
• Collaborate with data collection and moderation teams to improve data capture and handling practices.

3. Analytical Tool Development:

• Develop and maintain analytical tools and models to support GIS content moderation activities.
• Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
• Explore and implement new analytical techniques and technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.

4. Process Improvement:

• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement based on data insights.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for data analysis and reporting in GIS content moderation.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with project managers, operations leads, and technical teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings.
• Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
