Varicent ICM, SPM @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

A Varicent Consultant with expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Sales Performance Management (SPM), and Business Analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of incentives, compensation processes, finance, and stakeholder coordination while working with Varicent and data management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize models/tools for incentive compensation calculations.
• Analyze and recommend improvements for sales performance management and compensation functions.
• Gather and document business requirements for incentive and compensation processes.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing systems and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, finance teams, and developers to ensure seamless execution.
• Work with various data management, storage, and reporting tools to support compensation structures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, incentives, and compensation management.
• Good knowledge of Varicent ICM, SPM, and related financial systems.
• Experience in the Telecom domain (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise/ERP systems (Varicent Financial knowledge is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
• Proficiency in databases like Oracle and familiarity with data management tools.
• Knowledge of Python (added advantage).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
