Role & responsibilities
1. AEM Admin: Responsibilities Installing, configuring, and maintaining AEM instances across different environments on AWS. 2.Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and functionalities. 3.Managing user permissions and access control within AEM. 4.Setting up and managing dispatcher configurations for content delivery. 5.Performing system backups and restores. 6.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: 7.Monitoring AEM system health and performance metrics. 8.Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks. 9.Implementing caching strategies for improved response times. 10.Managing content workflows and approvals. 11.Ensuring data consistency across different AEM environments. 12.Performing content migrations and updates. 13.Providing technical support to content authors and developers. 14.Implementing security best practices within AEM. 15.Managing user authentication and authorization. 16.Monitoring for potential security vulnerabilities. 17.Working closely with AEM developers to implement new features and functionalities. 18.Troubleshooting and Support 19.DevOps knowledge specially on AWS IaaC (BitBucket, Ansible, Phyton, Terraform) (Big Plus Nice to have) 20.AWS AMI, Autoscaling, EC2, NLB, ALB, concepts (Big Plus Nice to have)
