We at Tech Mahindra are Hiring for Skilled Production Support Engineers with the skill set of Java, JSP, Java Production Support & PLSQL.

Below is the Detailed Job Description for the same:

Job Title: Production Support Engineer

Experience: 2.5 to 3 Years

Location: Navi Mumbai - Airoli

Job Mode: Work from office five days and alternative Saturdays

JD -

1) Should possess at least 2.5 - 3 years of working experience in JAVA and SPRING framework

2) Should possess very good understanding of JAVA, JSP, JQUERY, SQL (Oracle 11 and above)

3) Should possess understanding of SDLC (Waterfall & Agile model) and corresponding processes

4) Should be able to monitor the application effectively and raise alarms in time to all stakeholders 

5) Should be able to Identify and resolve Application technical issues

6) Should have exposure to ticketing tool and understanding of Service Level Agreements

7) Should Possess very good communication and presentation skills to communicate with client effectively

8) Should Possess very good understanding of BFSI domain. Knowledge of Supply chain finance would be an added advantage
