Job Title: HR Recruiter (US Timings)
Location: Vasavi Sky City, Gachibowli, Hyderabad - New office (https://maps.app.goo.gl/wYJyxbuSzm4Bpr6Q6)
Work Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Time Zone)
Cab Facility: Not provided candidates must arrange their transportation
Bond Requirement Mandatory 1 -year bond Please do not apply if you cannot commit
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team and support HR operations during the US business hours. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people management, possess strong organizational skills, and are willing to commit to long-term growth with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
- Manage employee documentation, attendance, and compliance records
- Address employee queries and support HR-related matters professionally
- Conduct induction programs and assist with employee engagement activities
- Support performance appraisal processes and maintain confidential employee data
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations
- Stay updated with labor laws and HR best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (US time zone)
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of HR tools/software
- Commitment to a 2-year service agreement is mandatory
Additional Details:
- Work Hours: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
- Work Location: On-site at Vaasavi Sky City, Gachibowli
- Transport: No cab facility candidates must arrange their commute
- Bond: Mandatory 1-year service bond serious applicants only
