UI/UX Designer @ Pico Xpress

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive, modern user interfaces for mobile and web platforms
Create design systems with attention to visual hierarchy, typography scales, color palettes, and iconography
Develop high-fidelity mockups, design specifications and collaborate closely with developers

Requirements:
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Strong foundation in visual design principles: typography, color theory, composition, and layout
Portfolio demonstrating UI design skills with emphasis on visual hierarchy, visual aesthetics and interface craft
Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches
Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions
Good to have: Design for accessibility
Good to have: Understand user journeys and pain points
