We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Executive to take charge of managing the official social media profiles for our esteemed clientele in the travel and tourism industry.

Experience:

  • Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • total work: 2 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • 2 years of experience in effectively managing social media accounts for clients/brands
  • This position will focus on developing strategic, original, and out-of-the-box creative thinking to produce highly impactful and engaging social media campaigns as well as strategies to maintain a cohesive brand image and achieve marketing goals
  • Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Quora, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Regularly monitor competitors and stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and applications and recommend subsequent actions accordingly
  • Provide regular metrics and data analysis reports to clients, demonstrating the impact of social media efforts.
  • Possess a proven ability to use data to attract followers/fans and convert them into leads for clients
  • Collaborate with product, SEO, and marketing teams on new technologies and potential programs for social media.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 2 years of professional experience in social media management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Proficiency in all social media platforms
  • compatibility with Canva and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience in Reel Making (Video Editing)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Familiarity with travel and tourism industry trends is a plus.
