Job Description:

Cy Future Pvt Ltd is hiring passionate and motivated Education Counsellors to join our growing team in Noida. Were looking for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students about various educational programs and guide them toward suitable courses.
  
• Handle inquiries from candidates with backgrounds such as B.Tech, Chemical Engineering, ITI, etc.
  
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure excellent service.
  
• Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and sales targets.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 12 years in education counseling or a related field
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Sales-driven attitude with a student-first approach
  

Salary:
