Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our IT team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and networking in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembling and repairing desktop computers and laptops
  
• Provide basic desktop support to end users (hardware and software troubleshooting)
  
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
  
• Support in network-related tasks like cable management, router/modem setup, etc.
  
• Maintain hardware inventory and update records
  
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff as required
  

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware
  
• Computer assembling and troubleshooting
  
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN, IP configuration, routers, etc.)
  
• Basic knowledge of desktop support (Windows OS, printers, software installation)
  

Qualification:

• Graduate (any stream, preferably with IT/computer knowledge or training)
