Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. The selected candidate will assist in managing production processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting overall shop floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Support the implementation of production schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate with design and quality control teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain production records and report on operational performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Assist in improving processes to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 01 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment (internships or training considered).
• Basic understanding of fabrication processes, tools, and safety protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic production environment.
