Job Description


The S&D vertical at Ninjacart is focused on the farm to retailer business of procuring from farmers and delivering to retailers - ensuring that farmers get paid the right price for their efforts and that retailers are able to get market quality produce delivered at their doorsteps. While this value proposition is solid and proven, it needs tweaking depending on the size of the town or the geography we operate it. As a part of the team, you will be in charge of sales and margins of the categories assigned to you. For this, you will need to understand our customers needs and will need to ensure that you are able to provide them the same at the right pricing and with the right value propositions. If the problem statements like understanding the market, creating the right assortment mix to target maximum customers, changing the same as per seasonality, engaging customers with virtual marketing, optimizing the source for the same leading to better margins, and overall adding to our customers profit excites you, then this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
Onboarding & managing retail outlets efficiently, in the assigned area
Maintaining good relationship with the customers
Collecting feedback from customers & communicating with the relevant teams
to improve customer experience
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
