HIRING FOR US PROCESS FRESHERS/EXPRIENCE

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required)

Compensation:

- For Experienced Candidates: Up to 5 LPA (depending on your last CTC and performance in the interview and process)

- For Freshers:

- US Process: CTC up to 3.35 LPA

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts
