Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Mumbai
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Undergraduate degree
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required)
- Candidates with 0-6 months of international voice process experience are also welcome to apply
Selection Process:
- HR Interview
- VNA (Voice and Accent) Assessment
- Ops Interview
Compensation:
- For Experienced Candidates: Up to 5.5 LPA (depending on your last CTC and performance in the interview and process)
- For Freshers:
- US Process: CTC up to 3.35 LPA
- UK Process: CTC up to 2.9 LPA
Shift Requirements:
- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts
