UI UX Designer @ Cogsy Solutions

Job Description

We are looking for a 1+ Experienced candidates as UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

UI/UX Designer is responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

1) Creative and Conceptual Skills

• Creativity: Able to conceptualized and create visually appealing and engaging interfaces
• Empathy and User Centric Thinking: Understanding user needs and thought process and able to design and work around them
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring designs are polished and free of errors
• Problem Solving: Quick thinker, able to perceive and resolve problems in regards to design and development
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

2) Technical Skills

• Design Software Proficiency: Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Able to create low fidelity & interactive prototypes to test and iterate designs with
• Interaction Design: Knowledge and Understanding of how users interact with the systems being designed for.
• Visual Design Principles: Color theory, Typography, Visual Hierarchy, Layouts
• UX Writing: Able to generate clear and concise copy for user interfaces
• UI Animation: Able to create and use animations to enhance user experience
• Graphic Design Skillset: Able to understand how to structure shapes, colors and information to engage users, and allow them to easily navigate through it

3) Soft Skills

• Communication
• Documentation
• Teamwork
• Adaptability
• Time Management

4) Experience

• App Design and production for Android and IOS
• 1+ years of experience preferred

5) Portfolio

Variety of different designs and concepts
