Purpose of the Role: -
Responsible for assessing, understanding and providing the Voice support to the customers.
Educational Skills & Competencies required
Should have good communication skills to interact with international customers and multiple departments for problem resolution.
Understands Key Customer service terms such as empathy, sympathy, First Call resolution, C-SAT Should have a good knowledge of Basic computer, Internet and Telecommunication
Qualification - Any graduate
Experience - Freshers to 2 years
Must have problem solving skills and the ability to handle escalated issues
Adaptability and flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts, including night shifts, weekends and holidays from Office
Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints

Shifts - 24*7 shifts in US Window
Cab -Both sides cab facility
Work Location - Noida SEZ
Gross salary up-to 5LPA
