Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to align with business goals.
Create and schedule content (posts, reels, stories) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and brand mentions.
Respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize content.
