Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern web technologies, particularly React.js for frontend development and .NET technologies for backend services, with hands-on experience in Azure cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Implement state management solutions using Redux or similar libraries
- Create reusable components following best practices and design patterns
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Implement modern UI frameworks such as Material-UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS
- Optimize frontend performance and implement code splitting/lazy loading techniques
Backend Development
- Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET Core/.NET Framework
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Web APIs following industry standards
- Implement microservices architecture where appropriate
- Develop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and Identity Framework
- Write clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles and design patterns
Database Management
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases with efficient schema design
- Write complex queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance
- Implement Entity Framework Core for data access layer
- Ensure data integrity and implement proper indexing strategies
Cloud & DevOps
- Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure platform
- Utilize Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Work with containerization technologies like Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Monitor application performance using Azure Application Insights
Architecture & Best Practices
- Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews
- Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge with the team
- Maintain technical documentation and API specifications
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework
- Extensive experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and T-SQL
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Angular or Vue.js as additional frontend frameworks
- Knowledge of Node.js and Express.js
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with SignalR for real-time applications
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization
- Knowledge of Azure Service Fabric, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, NUnit, XUnit)
- Understanding of OAuth, OpenID Connect, and security best practices
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members
