Job Description
Job Title: UI Developer Enterprise Applications & Prototyping
Position Summary
We are seeking a UI Developer with strong front-end development expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable user interfaces for enterprise-grade applications. Youll be responsible for building responsive UI layers, rapidly developing interactive prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn creative ideas into functional product features.
This role is ideal for a proactive developer who can combine technical skill with design intuition to create user-friendly and high-performance interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development
- Build modern, scalable, and performant user interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and pixel-perfect front-end implementations.
- Develop and maintain component libraries and reusable UI elements aligned with design systems.
Rapid Prototyping & Innovation
- Quickly create interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts to explore new features, workflows, and UI patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and users to validate ideas through experimentation.
- Contribute creative solutions to UI/UX challenges and continuously seek ways to improve user experience.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with backend engineers and architects to integrate front-end layers with APIs and services.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Identify and resolve UI performance issues and ensure consistent behavior across browsers and devices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 47 years of experience in front-end/UI development with a focus on enterprise-scale web applications.
- Proficiency in React (preferred), Angular, or Vue, along with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or NgRx.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
- Experience creating and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Proficiency in working with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD for design-to-code translation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to component libraries and design systems (Material UI, Tailwind, Chakra UI).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
- Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and propose user-friendly design and interaction patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile development methodologies.
