Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and fast-working Video Editor to join our e-commerce team and help us produce high-converting video ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Your job is to turn raw footage, UGC clips, and product content into scroll-stopping, engaging, and sales-driven video ads that convert viewers into customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Edit short-form video ads using product footage, UGC, testimonials, and brand assets.
   
2. Create compelling hooks, text overlays, sound effects, and fast-paced edits tailored for social media.
   
3. Follow proven ad frameworks (hook problem solution CTA) to build direct-response style videos.
   
4. Stay updated with viral trends, meme formats, and competitor ad styles to keep content fresh.
   
5. Deliver multiple versions of each ad (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) optimized for different platforms.
   
6. Manage project files, maintain quality control, and ensure quick turnaround time.
