Outline tasks, schedule, requirements and potential risk
Evaluate Project Performance
Create Project Plan and Develop
Resource Planning and Management
Set Milestone and Monitor Project Progress
Solve Issues That Arise
Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction
Proactive Communication with Stakeholders
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to close loop on the project requirement upto customer satisfaction
Coordinate and execute the plan outlined
Monitor & govern progress, performance and scope change
Share periodic reports to clients & Cluster Heads
Proactive risk identification and mitigations
