• Must Have Skills-
• RTR, GL accounting, Bank reconciliation, good communication, advance excel
• Shifts- Night shift (5:30 PM- 3:30 AM) - Both side cab available 
• Rounds of interview- 2 rounds
• Mode of Interview- Face to face

• Manage the end-to-end process of Record to Report (RTR) and Reporting & Analysis (R2R) for multiple clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes as needed.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in RTR or R2R role in BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Strong understanding of record-to-report (RTR) and reporting & analysis (R2R) processes.
• Proficiency in creating complex reports using various tools such as Excel, PowerPoint etc.
