Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in AI-enabled chatbots and Service Desk as well as domain experience in the Airlines industry. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site during day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AI-enabled chatbot systems to enhance customer service experiences.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Service Desk operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions within the Airlines domain.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities for AI-enabled chatbots.
  • Document system configurations processes and procedures for future reference.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in AI and Service Desk operations.
  • Support the deployment of AI solutions across various platforms and environments.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in chatbot performance.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to technical issues reported by end-users.
  • Ensure data security and privacy in all AI and Service Desk operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of system reliability and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of AI-enabled chatbot technologies and their applications in customer service.
  • Have experience with Service Desk operations and technical support.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Airlines industry and its specific requirements.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
