Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive business growth for the product within the assigned region with confidence and strategic acumen.
  • Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or SAP to manage customer relationships and sales processes effectively.
  • Engage in direct customer interactions, including in-person visits, to foster strong business relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans that align with organizational goals, with a strong focus on profitability.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders with confidence.
  • Maintain accurate daily and monthly sales reports, including forecasting insights to identify revenue growth opportunities and potential action plans.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA in Marketing with a Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Strong willingness to travel as per business and client requirements.
  • Excellent command of English and the local language.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint for creating and delivering professional presentations.
