Strong Knowledge on
* Netapp, HP 3PAR, HP Storeonce, HP EVA

* Responsible for performing daily operational tasks like storage provisioning and maintaining availability at the customer site(s) in a 24x7 shift basis.
* Provisions storage based on standardized procedures as outlined by Netapp, HP 3PAR, HP Storeonce, HP EVA SAN/NAS best practice documentation.
* Provides proactive recommendations to the customer for improving storage operations and/or effective use of storage solutions
* Troubleshooting routine critical issues including ports availability, meeting zoning requirements, one-path down, host not seeing storage and storage management problems.
* Responsible for proper Change Management Procedures, well prepared and submitted all the required documents for all SAN / NAS Storage migration projects.
* Creating Boot luns, Virtual volumes and Host configurations on Netapp, HP 3PAR, HP Storeonce, HP EVA SAN/NAS.
* Experience in Virtual volumes tuning & Compact CPG in HP 3Par environment
* Hands on Virtual copy creations/deletions and Virtual volume reclamations.
* Responsible for storage migrations from one storage system to another storage system
* Experience in implementing snap shots on Virtual volumes for the OB and DB refresh.
* Experience in configuring the remote copy links between systems to replicate volumes and setting up tasks.
* Responsible for NetApp Cluster mode GUI & CLI, NetApp OCI tool and Unified manage
* Experience in NetApp ONTAP upgrades & Network share issues.
* Netapp volume expansions, snap mirror, Snap vault and data Migrations.
* Experience in handling all kind of troubleshooting issues from Netapp, HP 3PAR, HP Storeonce, HP EVA storage environments.
* Responsible for Netapp, HP 3PAR, HP Storeonce, HP EVA storage administration & cluster health.
* Coordinate with Vendors & CEs to fix hardware/software issues.
* Responsible for Zoning from GUI as well as CLI and health checks on switches for weekly basis.
* Troubleshooting all kind of port and cabling issues from Fabric end.
* Responsible for Firmware upgrade and downgrade (Fabric OS) on Brocade/Cisco switches and Switch backups.
