We are hiring Technical Project Manager who can join us in short notice.
Experience: 8 - 12 years
Location: Mumbai
Notice: 0 to 30 days
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget. Define project milestones and deliverables. Manage project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure projects are completed within budget and scope.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including internal and external parties. Manage stakeholder expectations and communication. Ensure stakeholder buy-in and support for project initiatives.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation plans. Monitor risk factors and adjust plans as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Implement quality control processes. Conduct project reviews and evaluations.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Communicate project progress, issues, and risks effectively. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on project status.
Work Experience:
Experience in project management, with experience in the financial industry and/or digital payment systems preferred.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Knowledge of CBDC concepts, regulatory requirements, and payment systems.
Familiarity with financial reconciliation, settlement, and clearing processes.
