We are looking for graduate and postgraduate freshers who are enthusiastic, confident and eager to build their careers in customer interaction and support roles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruiter Support (Inbound): Act as the first point of contact for recruiters by efficiently handling incoming calls, addressing queries, and providing high-quality support to ensure a smooth experience.
• Relationship Building (Outbound): Proactively reach out to recruiters to gather feedback, understand their needs, and strengthen long-term professional relationships.
• Onboarding & Product Promotion: Guide new recruiters through the job posting process and effectively communicate the value and benefits of using Job Hai, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed on the platform. Working days- 6 days(Saturday WFH)
