Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend Open Studio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data integration solutions. Execute data migration, transformation, and loading processes efficiently. Develop and execute test cases for data transformation and integration processes. Monitor and improve data quality metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency. Manage troubleshooting and debugging of ETL processes. Document technical specifications, process flows, and data mapping documentation. Implement best practices in data management and analytics. Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading of large datasets. Ensure compliance with data governance and data protection policies. Provide support for production issues and implement solutions as needed. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes. Collaborate with the data warehouse team to ensure optimal data architecture. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Talend Open Studio Developer or in a similar ETL development role. Strong understanding of data integration and ETL best practices. Proficiency in SQL and database management systems. Experience with data quality tools and methodologies. Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools. Experience with cloud technologies and environments is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Understanding of data governance and compliance regulations. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
