Job Description
- Assist in understanding manpower requirements from department heads
- Post job openings on relevant job portals, social media, and internal platforms
- Source resumes using job portals, referrals, campus drives, and social media
- Screen candidates through phone interviews and shortlist qualified profiles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
- Maintain candidate records and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation
- Support mass/factory recruitment activities and walk-in drives
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate weekly hiring reports
- Assist in employer branding and engagement initiatives
