Lead Software Engineer
Experience: 5 - 8 Years Exp

Role Overview Description
Role: Lead Software Engineer
Department: Software
Reports To: Senior Software Engineer/ Software Architect
Purpose of the role: The purpose of the role is to guide the team to design and develop products, to ensure on-time and quality delivery of projects. We are hiring leads to own product development and product implementation for our customers.
Technical Skills Required:
- Java
- Databases like MSSQL, MYSQL
- Spring Boot Framework

- Basics of Kubernetes
- Front End: Angular, JavaScript, CSS and SCSS, SASS

Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirement and define the Database and Application structure under the guidance of the Software Architect.
- Prepare the Functional Requirement Document (covering all use cases) for each project basis the Functional Specific Document provided by the BA Team (in collaboration with the BA team).
- Collaborate with the team to identify and fix technical problems in UAT/ Production.
- Work closely on the deadlines of the projects assigned.
- Take ownership of product implementations at the customer site.
- Hands-on product development for the assigned product/ module.
- Should be able to handle application performance in production.
- Work with customers to understand automation requirements.
- Review and merge code for all the changes made by the development team under your span of control.
- Conduct sprint meetings and demos as per the designated schedule.
- Report on project updates in weekly meetings.
Minimum Qualification: B Tech (CS/ IT or equivalent)
Years of experience: 5-8 years
