- Sr. BDA: 1-6 years (with at least 1 year in EdTech).

- BDA:0-1 year (preferably with some EdTech exposure)

Age Criteria :

- Sr. BDA: Up to 31

- BDA: Up to 27

* Good amount of revenue generated

* Experience with high ticket price.
